MCA VIP is a small, high-touch mentoring program designed for creative entrepreneurs who want direct support, faster growth, and ongoing accountability. To maintain the quality of the experience and ensure meaningful access to Mike, enrollment is intentionally limited. Here’s how the application process works:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Fill out the application form and tell us a little about your business, your goals, and where you need the most support. Apply here.

Step 2: Application Review

If it looks like MCA VIP is a strong fit for you, you’ll receive an invitation to join the program. Enrollment is intentionally capped to maintain direct access, personalized support, and a strong group dynamic. If all seats are currently filled, you’ll be added to the waitlist.

Step 3: Confidentiality Agreement

Before joining, you’ll sign a simple confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement designed to protect the trust and openness of the group. VIP members often share sensitive business information, pricing strategies, operational challenges, and growth plans. This agreement helps create a safe environment for honest conversations and collaboration.

Step 4: Commitment and Payment

Upon acceptance, you’ll commit to an initial three-month term at $697/month. If you decide the program is no longer the right fit, simply provide 30 days notice and your membership seat will be released.

Here are answers to the most common questions about MCA VIP.

Is there a revenue minimum required to qualify?

No.

You do not need to be at a specific revenue level to join MCA VIP.

Whether you’re trying to get to your first $100K year or scale beyond multiple six or seven figures, the goal is the same: help you move from where you are today to where you want to go.

What matters most is that you are serious about growth, willing to put in the work, and open to feedback and mentorship.

How much can I contact Mike through text message?

Text access is designed for quick guidance, feedback, and day-to-day business questions.

If something takes Mike just a few minutes to review or respond to, send it over. Examples include:

  • messaging feedback
  • quick pricing questions
  • client communication advice
  • proposal or quick sales direction
  • navigating smaller business decisions

Larger conversations and deeper strategic work should happen during one-on-one mentoring sessions.

Examples include:

  • project scoping
  • financial reviews
  • growth planning
  • operational systems
  • hiring strategy
  • detailed document reviews
  • multi-page proposals or presentations

VIP members receive unlimited additional mentoring sessions at the discounted VIP rate, so there is always a path for deeper support when needed.

A simple rule of thumb: If Mike can reasonably review and respond in a few minutes, text him anytime. If it requires significant time, deep analysis, or lengthy back-and-forth discussion, schedule a one-on-one session.

Does MCA VIP include all of Mike’s courses?

No. MCA VIP does not include access to all previously released standalone courses from past launches.

However, the majority of Mike’s newest and ongoing educational content now lives inside MCA. VIP members receive full access to everything included in MCA Pro, including live lessons, workshops, coaching replays, resources, and the growing MCA content library.

Can I call Mike directly?

No.

MCA VIP communication outside of scheduled mentoring sessions is limited to written text messages only.

The program does not include phone calls, voice notes, Loom videos, or unscheduled live support.

Why?

Because long-form communication can quickly become time-intensive and make the program unsustainable for everyone involved. Written text keeps communication fast, efficient, and manageable while still giving members meaningful direct access to Mike.

All this being said, there may be times that Mike responds to you via Loom or audio message. When this happens it is not an invitation for you to reply back to him with a long Loom or audio message of your own.

Can I leave the program anytime?

Yes.

MCA VIP begins with an initial three-month commitment. After that, membership continues month-to-month.

If you decide to leave the program, simply provide 30 days notice to vacate your seat.

Example: If you give notice during May, your final month will be June.

During your notice period, you will continue to receive full VIP access, including:

  • mentoring sessions
  • text access
  • group sessions
  • platform access
  • all included resources

How does payment work?

MCA VIP is billed through Stripe using the credit card of your choice.

Membership is automatically charged monthly on or around the first day of each month.

New VIP cohorts begin at the start of each month.

Do you offer refunds?

No.

Because members receive immediate access to the platform, content, community, and pre-scheduled mentoring time, refunds are not offered.

Please make sure MCA VIP feels like the right fit before joining.

What if I can’t attend a VIP group session?

No problem.

Attendance at VIP group sessions is optional. The rotating schedule is designed to improve accessibility across multiple time zones, but members are not required to attend every session.

Each session will be recorded and posted for VIP member replay only.

What makes MCA VIP different from other programs?

Most coaching programs give you occasional access, generic advice, or passive education.

MCA VIP is different.

What happens if I leave MCA VIP?

If you decide to leave VIP, you are always welcome to remain inside MCA Pro or drop to MCA’s free tier. If you choose to return to MCA Pro and you were previously a member of Pro, you will return to the subscription pricing structure active at the time you originally joined VIP.

Again, vacating your VIP seat requires 30 days notice.

What time are the VIP group sessions?

VIP group sessions alternate monthly between:

  • 11:00 AM Eastern
  • 5:00 PM Eastern

This rotating schedule helps accommodate members across a variety of time zones.

Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. If conversations are particularly valuable or active, sessions may extend up to an additional 30 minutes.

Attendance is encouraged, but optional.

How quickly does Mike typically respond to text messages?

Most messages receive responses within a few hours, often much faster. While Mike is highly responsive, response times may vary depending on travel, meetings, weekends, or workload. But expect extremely prompt reply.

Is MCA VIP only for agency owners?

No.

While many members run agencies, MCA VIP is also valuable for freelancers, consultants, creative directors, and specialized creative service providers looking to grow healthier, more profitable businesses.

How many members are allowed inside MCA VIP?

MCA VIP is intentionally capped to maintain high-quality support, meaningful relationships, and direct access to Mike.

This is designed to remain a small, high-touch mentoring program—not a massive coaching community.

Are the one-on-one sessions scheduled or flexible?

Each VIP member receives one pre-scheduled monthly mentoring session. Additional sessions may be scheduled based on availability at the discounted VIP member rate.

Is this therapy or mindset coaching?

No. Not technically. But, let’s be real, mindset therapy is needed for creative entrepreneurs and you’ll get plenty of it in VIP.

While business stress and personal challenges naturally come up in entrepreneurship conversations, MCA VIP is primarily focused on practical business growth, strategy, operations, pricing, sales, positioning, leadership, and decision-making for creative entrepreneurs.
